How clear aligners work
A 3D scan of your teeth is used to plan every stage of movement. You wear each aligner for 1–2 weeks before moving to the next in the series.
Am I suitable?
Aligners treat crowding, spacing, and mild to moderate bite issues. Complex cases may still be better suited to fixed braces — we'll tell you honestly at your consultation.
Living with aligners
Aligners are removable for eating and cleaning, and should be worn 20–22 hours a day. Most patients adapt within a few days.

Retainers are essential to hold your result. We provide fixed and removable retainers and check them at every visit.
